The Living Well Project was set up in 2010, with the aim of supporting isolated and vulnerable people in the community of North East Aberdeen.

The Project has two services - a Befriending Service where volunteers are matched on a one-to-one basis, with an older person, and the Living Well Café which provides social support for those affected by memory loss and dementia, their families and carers.

The Living Well Project relies on funding from various sources, including Cliff House Care, the Edwards Trust, Go For It Fund, the Robertson Trust and Aberdeen City Council.
